Large, completely renovated country house with swimming pool

Our family house "Sansounet" is located in Cuq a village 20 minutes drive from the city of Agen between Toulouse and Bordeaux. This old farmhouse is fully restored combining authenticity with modernity by the combination of stone and wooden beams.

Sansounet has a large swimming pool of 13m x 7m and is surrounded by a large park of 8 hectares (4 hectares of forest and 4 hectares of land).

This authentic place is ideal for your gatherings with family or friends.

The daily markets in the nearby villages will make you discover regional quality products, local products (foie gras, duck confit etc ..), wines etc ....

We are located 1 hour by motorway from Toulouse and Bordeaux airports and 20 minutes from Agen train station.

The house has:

- 1 large terrace overlooking the swimming pool of 13x7m salt secure with underwater alarm overlooking the surrounding nature where you can relax, lunch / dinner or spend a special moment of relaxation on the sunbathing.

On the ground floor :

- 1 fully fitted kitchen with American fridge, 2 ovens, 1 induction hob 4 burners, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher

- large living room and dining room with table for 15 people

- entrance and an independent WC

- 3 bedrooms with double beds each with Italian shower room and separate toilet

- laundry room with washing machine and ironing board

Floor:

- 1 bedroom with double bed

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds

- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)

- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)

Family holiday

The area was a little remote, but the house was exactly as described and plenty big enough for 3 family groups with a wide range in children’s ages. The outside areas worked brilliantly well, plenty of shade or sun as required. The area was really peaceful and we had deer wandering around the area. The property owner was really helpful with all our questions and responded really quickly. If I’m being picky due to the heatwave we would have appreciated. Air con in the downstairs bedrooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had such a beautiful stay here, gorgeous villa, so much room. Well stocked kitchen, very clean and tidy. The pool is just beautiful, and the views around are stunning. Perfect holiday location. Very informative pack from the owner and always on hand to help with any issues! Just beautiful!

superbe maison avec aucun voisin à proximité

Superbe maison très grande avec de très grande surfaces. Le terrain autour est immense. L'annonce n'est pas très bien faite on ne voit pas le potentiel de la maison et ses extérieurs. Il y a un barbecue et un jardin de la taille d'un terrain de foot. Manque deux petites choses pas de wifi et pas de piste de pétanque.

Superbe villa bien située mais isolée et au calme. Grande et belle piscine, grands espaces verts autour de la maison. Nous étions 17 mais nous ne nous marchions pas dessus. Tout y était parfait, il n’y manque qu’un terrain de pétanque pour taper la boule 😉

Superbe logement pour séjour en famille

très belle maison avec ces 7 ch et salle de bain belle clarté séjour et salon très agréable l'ensemble du logement de 350 m carré permet de passer un séjour formidable nous étions avec nos enfants et petits enfants ils ont été enchantés sans oublié la super piscine un petit peut froide mais nombreuses baignade quand mème propriété à réserver sans hésiter
