Living room and kitchenette, with access to the terrace overlooking the sea, 3 double bedrooms, 1 being en suite and a full bathroom. It has air conditioning, electric heating, smart TV, Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc. House with 4 winds, with patio for 3 cars, outdoor furniture, pergola and barbecue. Very quiet place to enjoy with the family.
Excellent location, close to all services, gas station, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants etc. The beach is ideal for children and the elderly. Fine and shallow sand.
The house is located in the "Cala del Cranc" area with little crowd.
