Piso bien ubicado, necesitado de reforma

El piso está frente al mar. Lo mejor de él es su balcón, grande y con fabulosa vista. Tiene una piscina cómoda para los niños. El ambiente es tranquilo y familiar. Cómo aspectos negativos mencionaré que el somier de lamas de la cama principal se desajusta fácilmente. Los baños necesitan de reforma, porque falla mucho la cisterna y la bañera no permite sujetar la ducha a una altura sobre la cabeza. Debido a la ola de calor, las noches han sido sofocantes, había ventiladores. Hemos echado mucho de menos disponer de aire acondicionado, pero ya sabíamos que el apartamento no lo tenía. Muy buen trato de la agente inmobiliaria
