This hotel is certainly underrated. The room is a little outdated but it’s big and clean. The stuff is very friendly and check in/out was very smooth.
This place is VERY UNSAFE & unorganized! I called Orbitz immediately, got refunded & drove home. Driving by the outside it looks abandoned. The lobby was clean but nobody was there to check you in. There were dogs running around the parking lot & other people dumfounded as to what was going on at this place!!!. Worst experience I ever had checking in & that's why we went home!!!

Awful! As soon as we walked in, there were numerous buckets in the lobby collecting water that was dripping from the roof. Our room was dirty, ceiling falling in, curtain rods and towel rack falling off wall, faucets not screwed in all the way, just not a good place to stay! Not worth the money we paid. We notified the staff and they would not give us a refund! Had to leave a day early due to issues out of our control, and they still would not give us a refund!
So for $125 a night you're going to get a facility that smells like a dog pound and a room Norman Bates probably cleaned with blood. The shower curtains haven't been cleaned since Nixon resigned and the towels had previous occupant's body hair on them. The queen sized beds are twins and there is no breakfast. I might pay $20 a night if I'm desperate, but I'd rather sleep in my truck next time and crap in a bucket. One of the first things I did was to check the room was check for cameras because this is the kind of place that fits into the stereotype.

Don’t waste your money!! This place is disgusting and hazardous to anyone’s help. The bathroom is riddled with mold. The room is not property clean, the lamps have cobwebs, towels smell horrible, and these are just some of the issues. But the worst thing is the musty smell that penetrates your nostrils the minute you walk into the hotel and room. Will never stay here again.
Some of the carpet and bedspreads need update. It was not easy to get to the breakfast area from where we were on the 3rd floor.
The hotel is well used in dire need of a makeover.
Sheets were dirty. Room felt wet the entire stay. Maid admitted to not changing sheets. Door locks/keys were unreliable. Inexpensive compared to other local places. Was a place to sleep and shower
I didn't feel safe. I was a lone female without a door bolt or chain for security. I ended up using the iron cord to secure the door from the inside. Also, the window to the exterior wouldn't open. MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD IN CASE OF A FIRE.

We would like to apologize for your inconvieneance. We are a pet friendly hotel that is scheduled to have a major renovation project take place. Our staff has limited hours and there was an email sent to you explaining the hours of front desk coverage and that there were remote remote check in after hours. We were scheduled for the renovation before the Covid pandemic. We are in the process of obtaining the paperwork and permits needed to be under way with the project. We would hope that you would give us another chance once renovation is complete. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
