Great stay during the parade and market. Appetizer and drinks and service at the restaurant were ex exceptional. Service and food at breakfast was ok...not as good as night before. Front desk service was great also. I would stay again.

Staff was very friendly, check in was a breeze. The entire hotel was spotless to include the rooms. In terms of location it’s minutes away from anything that you would need. But what sets this hotel apart is Their local restaurant. If you want the best meal please go you will not regret it. It’s not cheap by all means BUT it is worth every penny!!! I would not recommend staying anywhere else.

Great location for attending the Christmas market and visiting the Ave Marie grotto. The hotel had plenty of parking. The lobby was comfortable and relaxing. The king suite room was perfect for our needs with plenty of space, clean and in perfect order. Will stay here again when we come back.

This was a very pretty hotel, close to everything, I will give it a five star other than Linda who works in. The breakfast area was very rude and very unprofessional. I asked her if I should ask the lady upfront about making coffee and she snapped at me and rolled her eyes and said I don’t have time to make it right now..

Our room was clean and spacious. We did like that we had options on a firm or soft pillow. We enjoyed our breakfast and the chairs were very comfortable to sit in while having our breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.
