Rental apartment on the first line of Los Olivos beach in Cullera, one of the city's most peaceful and least crowded beaches. Just 35 minutes from Valencia, it features 2 spacious bedrooms, free WiFi, TV, air conditioning (hot/cold), swimming pool, parking space, and a sunny terrace with beautiful views of the entire Cullera Bay.



The apartment has an open-plan kitchen with everything you need to feel at home, including a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, kettle, fridge, espresso machine, oven, and ceramic hob. The apartment has its own parking space so you can enjoy your holiday days without worrying about parking shortages on the coast.



The building has an adult swimming pool and a small swimming pool for children and a small door where you can access the beautiful fine sand beach of Los Olivos. It is a wide beach 500 metres long by 60 metres wide and on each side it has a jetty which makes it ideal for families due to its calm waters.



As our reviews demonstrate, we take the hygiene and disinfection of the apartment very seriously. Cleaning is carried out by a certified professional cleaning company. Bedding and towels are washed, sanitised and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the most well-known hotels and hospitals in the province.



On the sides of the apartment, there are two good restaurants where you can enjoy Mediterranean gastronomy, Restaurant Los Olivos and Hotel-Restaurant El Chalet, in both you can be sure that you will taste the best Valencian rice dishes and the freshest fish from the Cullera fish market.

Wonderful apartment in the beach

Perfect little apartment with a pool and beach access. Easy access to the bus, which runs every 40 minutes, for when you want to go downtown. Cullera is an amazing little city with extremely friendly people. Super easy to take an overnight trip to Valencia via the train too. Finally, Vincente is a wonderful host and Gonzolo is a treasure! Thank you so much for making our stay amazing! John and Amber.

la situación del apartamento es perfecta justo en frente de la playa y la comunicación con Vicente y con Gonzalo muy buena, un placer coincidir con personas así. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. Nuestra intención era pasar unos días tranquilos y disfrutar de la playa y lo conseguimos. El apartamento está muy bien y la ubicación a pie de playa perfecta. Un lujazo estar en octubre desayunando viendo el mar. Respecto a la limpieza en "era covid" un 10. Estaba todo perfecto y la precaución de Gonzalo al entregarnos las llaves y enseñarnos el apartamento fue de 10. De Gonzalo comentar que la atención ha sido impecable , en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros , y tuvo el detalle de llamarnos durante nuestro viaje para avisarnos que era fiesta local y los supermercados estaban cerrados, cosa que agradecimos, dándonos él varias alternativas para realizar nuestra compras. .

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. Las zonas comunes del edificio también estaban muy limpias, se veía al personal de limpieza constantemente. La piscina correcta. Tiene salida directa a la playa y tiene servicios alrededor. Dejan productos de limpieza tanto para fregar como para la lavadora, lo cual es de agradecer. Nos recibió Gonzalo, la atención fue estupenda y la comunicación posterior fluida. Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au sein de l’appartement de Vicente. Les + : l’accès à une superbe plage tranquille et familiale directement depuis l’immeuble. Les 2 piscines sont très bien. La communication et l’accueil de l’hôte sont exceptionnels. La taille du logement. Le balcon avec la superbe vue. Les - : la climatisation n’est que dans le salon. Le logement est bruyant car mal isolé (avec la rue et le voisinage), le séjour n’est donc pas très reposant. La télé est datée et très petite. La présence d’un lave vaisselle aurait été un plus. Le parking sous-terrain est utile mais les manoeuvres sont parfois difficiles. Pour résumer nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement essentiellement grâce à son emplacement et à la gentillesse de son hôte.

La estancia en el apartamento ha sido maravillosa: 1) Como el día que llegamos no había ningún cliente antes, pudimos entrar mucho antes de la hora estipulada prácticamente ganamos un día. 2) El apartamento es espectacular: en primera línea de playa, muy amplio, totalmente equipado, gran terraza, salón comedor muy espacioso. Dos habitaciones cada una con una cama amplia, con mesillas y cajoneras también tienen armarios empotrados. 3) La cocina está completa: cubertería, vajilla, máquina de café, productos de limpieza, etc. 4) Vicente y Gonzalo nos han puesto todas las facilidades del mundo y, cuando hemos tenido cualquier duda, han respondido de manera rápida y eficaz. 5) La zona está muy bien: no hay grandes aglomeraciones pero la zona está llena de buenos restaurantes. En resumen, hemos pasado unos días muy a gusto. 100% recomendable. ¡Gracias, Vicente! ¡Gracias, Gonzalo! Es muy posible que repitamos en el futuro.

La mejor playa la de los Olivos

Nos gustó mucho la playa, en pleno Agosto y podíamos estar en la orilla sin problemas. No está masificada como al otro lado de Cullera. El restaurante Benavent muy recomendado para familias, frente a la playa y al lado de una placita donde los niños podían correr. Los arroces muy buenos. La vista del apartamento espectacular, camas cómodas y tenía de todo como en tu propia casa. Destacar la atención de Vicente y la rapidez en responder a cualquier duda de la zona. Nos envió una guía muy útil de Cullera y Valencia que en el tren desde Cullera llegas en un momento y te deja en el centro. Volveremos el año que viene. Gracias. Ana.

Apartamento con vistas al mar cuyas habitaciones dan a la parte de la carretera que une el faro con Cullera, por lo que es bastante fresco. Aunque tiene aire acondicionado, estos días no lo hemos necesitado. Por la noche se oye el rumor de las olas. La zona es tranquila. Cocina correctamente equipada. Como sugerencia le añadiría una batidora. Las personas que nos recibieron fueron muy amables.
