Belle appartement.
Superbe appartement, bien équipé confortable et très propre.
Les toiles des 2 stores extérieurs coté mer sont en piteuse état, c'est dommage car ils sont très utiles .
Pour un appartement de 6 personnes il manque 2 fauteuils de jardin.
Excelente lugar cerca de restaurantes y playa con parking vistas maravillosos a las montañas y el mar Apartamento espacioso
Le faltan sillas y mesitas auxiliares a la terraza no techada
No tiene aire acondicionado
Los baños necesitan una remodelación

Magnifique appartement
Un cadre superbe, une vue splendide presque à 380 degres depuis la très grande terrasse. La veranda le matin et le soir.le bel espace de vie.
Magnifique appartement mais qui necessiterait une renovation des cuisine et salles de bain. Le mobilier très fatigué aussi.

bel appartement avec vue magnifique.
la cuisine refaite avec bons équipements.
Une salle de bain bien rafraichie (wc neuf et carrelage)
Dans la cuisine ,quelques assiettes de plus (10 assiettes dont 6 en plastiques pour 6 personnes, c'est un peu juste.)
Deux petites casseroles,juste aussi,deux canapés fatigués ,voire très inconfortables.
Pourquoi avoir enlevé les rideaux isolants qui protégeaient côté véranda?

Genial!!!!!
Nos ha encantado a toda la familia.
El piso es viejo pero hemos estado tan a gusto que eso ha pasado a un segundo plano. Las vistas, la situación, la amplitud..... nos gustaría volver sin duda.
La barandilla exterior es un poco baja.
La primera habitación es calurosa.
Aire acondicionado.
Los colchones de las camas pequeñas.

Tres belle vue !
Les atouts : la vue et la proximité de la plage.
Par contre le skate park qui vient de s'installer en face est bruyant...
La cuisine a été enfin refaite mais les meubles sont usés, surtout ceux de la véranda, fauteuils sales et troués et il manque de quoi s'allonger sur la terrasse...
