Built in 1862 & rich in history, Cullenbone Schoolhouse has been lovingly renovated to become a stylish country residence suitable for groups of up to 8 people.
The private acreage is located only 9 minutes drive from Mudgee or Gulgong with easy access to the vineyards & townships.
Explore the Travelling Stock Route down to the banks of the Cudgegong River.
Enjoy a lazy BBQ on the back deck overlooking the river while watching the miniature ponies graze.
The property has four large bedrooms, 3 with Kings and 1 with 2 x King Single beds. All rooms have luxury linen with the most comfortable beds and block out curtains.
The house has ducted A/C and a combustion fireplace for the colder nights.
The Chef's Kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm - a 900mm Upright cooker, dishwasher and ice making fridge.
Outside there is a large fire pit area and wisteria arbour for outdoor dining.
Head down to the river for fishing, gold panning or a quick swim.
