Amazing1

We had an amazing family trip. We traveled with two families ages ranging from 12-17. The house couldn't have been any better! The location, view, ammentities.. all were top notch. Maly couldn't have been any better! She helped with dinner reservations, beach recommendations and was above all a great source for the island. Highly recommend this villa!

De superbes vacances dans un endroit magique. La villa est spacieuse, à la décoration parfaite. L'équipement de la maison est total. Les chambres sont spacieuses, joliment décorées et toutes avec douches. La piscine donne sur la baie de cul de sac, en face de l'ilet Pinel, juste magnifique. Bref, n'hésitez pas. Nous avons passé un Super séjour à la villa Matira... rien à redire en ce qui concerne la maison, des petites attentions à notre arrivée qui font toujours plaisir ... 😁 La maison est très bien fournie ce qui fait que l'on se sent rapidement chez soi ! La vue est époustouflante quel plaisir de se réveiller le matin et admirer L îlot pinel ..! Merci à Maly pour son ultra disponibilité ...! Je recommande et nous nous reverrons sûrement !

Super vacances dans une superbe maison

Cette annee encore (c etait mon 2eme sejour) J ai apprecie toutes les choses qui m avaient seduite et donne envie de revenir... Et c etait toujours aussi chouette: tout y est : la vue splendide, les equipements et leur qualites et surtout celle qui est derriere tout ca et qui sait apporter cette touche qui fait de la maison un endroit ou bien qu en vacances on se sent chez soi ... Je veux parler de Maly qui en plus de donner a la maison sa personalite sait avec un sourire regler les petits problemes qui pourrait gacher en partie le sejour. Donc cette annee encore super vacances.. Merci encore Maly Francoise

Stunning villa in St Martin

My family and my best friend's family spent 2 wonderful weeks in St Martin this summer . We were 9 people. The Villa is in pristine conditions, very well decorated, and has all the equipment to cook and enjoy a meal in the patio. Spending the end of the day in the pool facing Cul the Sac Bay is such an experience ! I will think about it during the cold winter in NYC ! Melissa the manager is such a lovely girl, always there to help you. I hope that soon they will clean up the beautiful bay from all the seaweeds : it was impossible to enter the sea in Cul de Sac because of the huge and stinky amount of it. I recommend you rent a car and explore all the beautiful beaches that St Martin can offer.

A la recherche de quiétude, nous nous retrouvions agréablement autour de la superbe piscine à débordement jouissant d'une vue panoramique sur la baie. Les lieux sont remarquablement entretenus (intérieur comme extérieur). Un grand bravo pour la décoration de très bon goût, un mobilier haut de gamme que toute la famille a apprécié. Les plus belles plages sont à quelques minutes de cul de sac et nous avons pris plaisir à rejoindre les canoës mis à disposition à deux pas de la villa, pour pagayer jusqu'à la superbe plage de Pinel et y passer la journée. Les restaurants et magasins sont à proximité ainsi que Philipsburg côté hollandais qui vaut le détour pour une matinée shopping. Une semaine formidable en famille dans cette villa que nous recommandons.

Nous avons eu le privilège d'être les premiers locataires de la villa Matira.Il n'y a qu'un mot à dire pour cette maison : SOMPTUEUX ! La vue est absolument magique sur toute la baie de Cul de Sac. La décoration est très raffinée. Nous avons utilisés les Kayaks pour nous rendre sur Pinel où nous avons mangés au restaurant Karibuni. Cela restera un moment mémorable. Bravo au patron Marion et Erick pour leurs langoustes géantes et leurs personnels très accueillants. Un lieu magique. La villa se trouve à 5 mn de toutes les belles plages de l'ile et des commodités les plus sympathiques : restaurants - Boutiques - supermarché-…. Je conseille cette villa pour des vacances en famille, entre amis bref pour tout ceux qui voudront vivre un moment MAGIQUE.
