Complete Mess

We booked this house for some friends who suffered through the Acapulco Hurricane. They just needed a getaway due to the hurricans destruction. Wanted respite from the lack of water, electricity and amenities. We booked the reserviations, then had issues attempting to connect to the manager for check in and keys ect. No answer to phone messages, texts, or emails. Once they arrived there we found the house was already occupied with a long term tenant even though we booked, paid and had confirmed reservations.
