The property was great due to how close it was to the central part of the city. The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The only thing was you needed to be buzzed into the hotel after past 10pm. You would need for someone to let you in from the street after 10pm.

Hotel Las Gardenias in Cuenca Ecudar

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is very good. The room we had was small but clean and had a small balcony that was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay and if we ever make it back we would stay there again.

Great hotel and staff. Location is great and the rooms are comfy. Only issue is coming in and out of the building. The gate is locked a lot of the times and you have to ring the bell every time to get in/out. They are also very strict on the maximum guest per room policy. Overall very happy with my stay as the price to value Is unbeatable.

Excellent location, quiet and excellent staff.

Hotel is located in Centro Historico and thus is well located. Room was clean and reasonably large in size. Shower had lots of hot water and staff were very helpful. Some of whom spoke English which certainly helped. I think for half my stay I was the only guest in the place which didn’t hurt. The main doors to the hotel were almost always locked so getting in and out was sometimes a little tricky. It took a little getting used to do. Other than that the place was good value.
