Location, location, location

Very well maintained peaceful spot right off the beaten path but so close to everything you need! Bait shop 2 minutes away, any type of food you want, all within a 1.5 Mi radius, plenty of seeding and kayaks for outdoor activities, great fire pit, love the outdoor lighting at night, visits from 2 owls, very serene!

Vicki was excellent to deal with. We came for the weekend with our friends and jet skis. The house is very clean and decorated very nicely. Location is perfect close to plenty to eat and do. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Thank you again for having us.

Beautiful & So Much Included

The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It comes with kayaks, life jackets, bicycles, and games. The photos don’t do it justice as it is even better in person. It has its own (shared) dock, private patio, and fully stocked kitchen. We would stay here again. The host is wonderful. Thank you for such a wonderful stay :)

Perfect for us- great location!

Wanted to get away from cold Wisconsin and experience some Florida nature. Kayaks provided on site were fantastic for exploring on our own. Saw a manatee cow and calf, two alligators, and lots of gar and fidler crabs. Love the fire pit at night. llocation to enjoy akings

Perfect Little Getaway!

Had a great time

Came down to do some fishing for the holidays. This place was perfect. It was nice to be able to go fishing and have somewhere nice to stay. Conveniently located close to everything we needed and didn’t feel like we where in the middle of everything.

Manatee weekend.

This duplex was amazing. It was so bright and cheerful. We saw several manatee while sitting in the backyard area overlooking the river. We are definitely going to plan another visit here.

Lovely

We had a wonderful time and seen many manatees. We brought our boat so we were able to go out to Kings Bay. The boat slip at the house was very nice. We used the fire pit a lot It was great. Pete’s Marina was close and we were able to put the boat in there so we could us the slip at the house. Pete’s was very close,

Canal Cottage

A true delight. Vicki, our host, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed...inside and outside. Love being by the water, watching the birds, kayakers and fish jumping. Unfortunately the mantee had left for the Gulf but apparently they come into this area when the water is colder in the Gulf. Can go wrong staying here 🌴😎🌴

All we could have asked for during our Winter getaway!

This property was perfect for our 6 week stay . Location was central to many activities (manatee watching, fishing the flats, we even found a great gym nearby (Epic)). The boat slip accommodated our 16 foot aluminum boat and navigation was easy, even at low tide. Vickie’s warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Her timely communication and thoughtful touches ensured a seamless stay.

Actually did not get to stay due to Hurricane Idalia

We actually did not get to stay at this property due to Hurricane Idalia flooding the property the day before we were supposed to arrive. The owner kept us updated about conditions and was able to get us a full refund. On our next vacation to Crystal River we hope the property is availabe so we can book it again. Darrell

Great rental in great location

My husband and I stayed this past weekend and we were super impressed with how clean the home was and also how convenient it was to restaurants. We brought our 26 ft offshore boat with us and it was a little tight at the dock space but nothing we couldn’t work with. Home was well stocked with everything we could need. We will definitely rent again!
