The room that we were given was beyond dirty. The carpet was an unrecognizable color and even the walls were dirty. Because of Orbitz and a late arrival we prepaid for our reservation of 3 days and the hotel was unwilling to make any concessions. I am refusing to pay for this nightmare and will never prepay from internet sources again. The fight for getting money back is a horrible disappointment from what was to be an enjoyable trip

Beautiful view right on the water. Dated accommodations. Enjoyed the restaurant and live music on the grounds

Perfect location. Friendly staff. We rented a pontoon and seen several manatees.

Check in was stressful because the attendant seemed unorganized. I said I'll give you a few minutes and come back. I left for at least 20 min came back, still a mess but got it done. Room was old and smelly, everything needs repair/updating at this "hotel". Restaurant smelled like urine, our crowd of apx 15 ppl left and went elsewhere for dinner. Steps to second floor are super sketchy! The stairs/landing was scary. Dont lean on balcony! Smoke detector beeped ALL NIGHT LONG! every 30 seconds! even took out battery, didnt help! PS- NO ONE on staff at night, until 7am!! Plus side-Marina was nice, view was nice, bar staff was nice. Location to where we needed to be was good. Price compared to other waterside places was good.

Wonderful waterview, but the room and facilities were old and worn out.

The place is very old so don't expect a new fancy building. Everything appeared to be pretty clean but shows it's age. There is a small fridge and microwave but no coffee pot so come prepared. There is coffee in the office but I prefer to make my own in the room. We had a patio with table and 2 chairs which has a beautiful view of the river and the manatee boats are parked right there at the marina. It was peaceful except for the tiki bar across the marina where the drunks got a little loud the first evening for just a little while. The swimming pool is a decent size and clean. No-see-ums will eat you up while sitting by it so bring repellent. We had to do stairs but did get a better view being up higher.

We stayed here for the first time for 3 nights and the view was absolutely amazing with a pleasant atmosphere. Our room was a bit noisy with the air conditioner and toilet but beds were comfortable. It could use some upgrading. Staff was very nice and attentive. We had a very nice stay at your facility.

it's a fishermans stop...not classy or updated...everything about it is old and outdated

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel needs renovating & updating, but the waterfront views from ANY room were worth every penny & then some!!

Place needs an updating. Clean and comfortable. I left dirty towels in bathtub. They were never picked up.

All rooms had great water front view quiet and peaceful. Hotel was old and not updated but clean. Location made this place great

This hotel is in need of renovation and repair, but it was clean. The setting on the waterfront and proximity to the watercraft and restaurant made up for the shabbiness of the hotel

Want to see the Manatee, just walk out of your room to the water 50 feet The hotel is cheap and the rooms show it, but for the view it is GREAT!!!

Reserved a nonsmoking ground floor room. Ended up with a smoking 2nd floor. Another couple in group reserved a handicap room. When they checked in. They told them they have no Handicap rooms. They had to go to another hotel. Room was ok. Nothing special. Looks like they sweep all the dirt behind the doors. Price was reasonable and location was nice. Ale house there was very pricey.

One couple of my group required handicap facilities They had none even though they said they did when the booking was booked They had to find lodging 5 miles away from the rest of us. Will not return to the hotel. They need to up date the facility.

Very pleased with this place. Nice view from our room. Nice Bar/Restaurant on site w/ discount for guests. Staff was very helpful. Great Value. We will return.

Very old place, needs to be updated the property is beautiful on the water but the rooms were extremely old. The room was clean, staff was nice. Overall was good !

Great view, nice room. The only real negative was the restaurant/bar closes at 8:00pm. Way to early...
