Staff is great. I accidently booked the wrong date for traveling family. I noticed this 7 pm the night before there arrival. I call staff direct and yhe where happy to assist at no extra cost
Convenient location and beautiful grounds. Only two restaurants nearby. Orbitz failed to notify us that hotel was under renovation. Found out when we checked in. Too late to change. Monday at 7am till 7pm hammering and sawing in room above us. Also, very poor breakfast and was supposed to be available until 10am. Closed early so all we got was coffee! Found out, their food supplies delivery was delayed. No offer for price reduction claiming Orbitz is 3rd party and nothing they could do except apologize. I should have booked direct, then maybe would have been advised by hotel. Beds comfortable, nights quiet. Very few guests. Will find another place to stay for my next trip to the area.
