The front desk clerk didn’t know how to process and check us in or make a duplicate key. He kept telling us to come back in 5 mins. The floor in the room was mopped w a soar towel. It had a very strong oder. He was kind enough to not charge us for our dogs, because he didn’t have any there to clean it up.

This hotel was dirty and smelly. The public hallways had trash in them and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the remote didn’t work properly and the laundry room had wood pieces and stuff all in the floor. It was priced higher than other hotels in the area that are nicer.

Requested Room above first floor. They were not accommodating and said we could switch rooms tomorrow morning. once we got to our room on 1st floor we found not 1 but 2 cockroaches in sink in bathroom. We said something the next morning ans were told, you are in the South. They wanted us to take pur luggage and leave room empty and request different room that evening and we said no, we would switch rooms we returned that evening. When we returned. Tbey said there were no other rooms available, it went down hill from there. Would not recommend this place

There was no shampoo in the bathroom and the holder for the bottle was broken. Slightly Luke warm water at the shower. Ran the water a long time trying to get hot water. Never happened The room as clean but the drawers in the room wouldn’t close all the way.

We were pleasantly surprised with this lovely, little hotel. I booked on a whim shortly before our arrival to Citrus. It has a peaceful ambiance. Our room was clean & comfortable & worked for us. We had a picturesque view of the palm trees, gazebo & pool.

DISGUSTING. We moved from our first room due to the dog urine that was staining the walls. Second room had dirty, sticky floors; and I wouldn't allow my daughter to remove her shoes, and insisted she wear socks at night. No hot water in the morning, so no showers - and no follow through on any type of compensation. TERRIBLE.
