Great house with a nice dock! Plenty of water for larger boats. The house was very clean and tidy as advertised. The host was easy to communicate with and everything worked in the house. I definitely recommend this house and Crystal River.

The house was in a great location, super clean, and perfect for our girl’s weekend. We never felt like we were on top of each other and we’d definitely stay again! Just an FYI if you’re launching SUPs or kayaks, the canal is tidal and the dock is built pretty high. We had to get creative with launching and unloading so we didn’t damage any equipment, so be prepared for that. But all in all great property!

Great Location

We have vacationed in Crystal River several times and this was the best rental location yet! We were able to ride our bikes into town from the house with lots of bike paths and safe roads to use. It was so close to the 3 Sisters Springs refuge. The house itself was clean and in a peaceful location. We loved having water access. We rented a pontoon boat for a few days and it was easy to get to the dock from the bay. My son loved fishing off the dock and even caught a few fish. We used the two kayaks that were provided and enjoyed being out on the water. It was nice to have a garage to store our bikes and paddle boards during the stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes that we needed. Water pressure was fantastic in the bathrooms/showers. We will definitely be back!

Great Location - Nice Property

Met up with my grown kids (19-24) and some of their significant others. Place is bigger than it appears online. Easy to socialize inside or out back. Place well stocked to entertain, cook, bathrooms, kayaks, etc. Access to water and real close to manatee locations which was part of our trip. Would definitely recommend to others and already thinking of doing another stay next year, if not sooner. Thanks

Great house with a nice dock

This is a very nice and spacious house. The dock is new with a large fillet table and the canal is deep enough for bigger boats. Large, newly renovated kitchen with a coffee bar and a nice outdoor seating area. Definitely a nice place to stay with your family.
