Appartement idéalement placé entre morgat et crozon. Appartement spacieux avec 2 terrasses. Parking sécurisé. Emplacement idéal pour les adeptes de randonnées. Je le recommande fortement. Nous sommes accueillis très gentiment par la propriétaire. Il n y a pas de surprise par rapport à l annonce.

Confortable et spacieux

Très bon accueil, gestion souple des arrivées et départs. L'appartement est grand et très bien équipé, sur 2 niveaux mais l'escalier est confortable, la SDB est au niveau des chambres et un WC à chaque niveau. Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée, le couchage est confortable et de qualité (2 matelas assemblés, c'est le top pour bien dormir à 2). Le parking est facile d'accès avec un portail automatique et l'emplacement de stationnement juste en face de l'appartement. Pas de logement au dessus donc pas de bruits. Le tri sélectif des déchets est mis en place. La grande plage est à 10 minutes à pieds, mais de toute façon on prend la voiture pour profiter des autres sites, donc ce n'est pas rédhibitoire. Un local vélo privatif et accolé à l'appartement est disponible et facile d'accès. Pas de frais annexes au loyer, tout y est compris. Merci Dominique 🙂
