We offer an array of yard games to entertain you if the water doesn’t draw you in.

After a day of exploration, sink into the soothing warmth of the hot tub, offering stunning views of the lake, a perfect way to end the day.

The weather isn’t cooperating. No worries, we offer several board games, movies with a 70-inch smart TV to gather around, or a game table with chess/checkers/Chinese checkers.

Retreat to one of our three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each offering its unique charm and comfort.

• The Nature Room, located on the main floor, boasts a plush king-size bed, inviting you to indulge in restful slumber amidst nature's embrace.

• The Bunkroom beckons with its nautical theme and 2 queen beds, complete with a dresser for convenience.

• The Lakeview Room offers stunning views of the peaceful lake, featuring a king-size bed and dresser for convenience.

And don't forget to pamper yourself in the main floor bathroom, featuring a separate shower, jacuzzi bathtub, and double sinks—a sanctuary of luxury and rejuvenation after a day of lakeside adventures.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,250.0 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $65 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

+ No tapering/unplugging of the Wifi lock (plug-in) or router, that is grounds for immediate reservation cancellation without refund.
+ Check-in is at 4:00 pm prompt unless discussed before. The smart lock is set for strictly 4:00 pm check-in, it will not allow you to access the home even 1 minute before.
+ Check-out is 10:00 am.
+ Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. While we have designated quiet hours, it's important to note that this doesn't confine you indoors. Rather, it's a gentle reminder to maintain respectful voices and consideration for those around us.

Avoidable Fees:
