This holiday flat is located in the most beautiful part of Crikvenica, called ‘Crni Mul’. ‘Crni Mul’ is located directly on the popular sandy beach of Crikvenica. Due to its excellent location, everything you need, such as a restaurant, a pizzeria, a bakery, a grocery shop and of course the beach, is just a few steps away. This beautiful flat consists of a well-equipped kitchen, where the dining area is also located, an airy double bedroom with balcony and sea view to the south side, a second bedroom with balcony to the north side, a bathroom and as a highlight a beautiful 48 m² terrace overlooking the sandy beach and the crystal blue sea. The terrace is furnished and equipped with two sun loungers. Due to the slight slope of the house, this flat on the 2nd floor has a beautiful view of the sea. With its large terrace, this flat extends over the entire upper floor. There is a private car park behind the house.
