This spacious holiday flat is located in a quiet residential area in Crikvenica and offers a magnificent view of the sea and the island of Krk opposite. The modern and beautiful flat was completely renovated in 2022 and promises an unforgettable holiday. On 110 m², spread over two floors, it offers a living room with access to a balcony overlooking the sea, a dining room with a perfectly equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The air-conditioned dining area and the fully equipped kitchen form a spacious room. A staircase leads to the large living room with access to the furnished balcony with stunning sea views. The two air-conditioned bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a TV with satellite connection. The larger bedroom also has a desk and a play corner. The two bathrooms are each equipped with a shower. A washing machine, ironing board and iron can be found in the storeroom, which is accessible from the kitchen.
