Top Ferienwohnung mit super Aussicht.

Die Wohnung ist groß genug um locker 4 Erwachsene und ein bis zwei Hunde unterzubringen. Die Aussicht ist ist fantastisch. Es fehlt an nichts, ob Grill, Aussendusche, mehr als genug Platz auf den beiden Terrassen und vieles mehr. Die Wohnung ist jedoch recht weit vom Meer entfernt, so das ohne Auto nur schwer zu Fuß erreichbar ist da der Weg sehr steil ist.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Schwachstellen

Entgegen der Information, dass wir am Parkplatz begrüßt würden, mussten wir das Objekt längere Zeit suchen, da es sich in einer kleinen Seitengasse befindet. Eine Information wäre hier hilfreich gewesen. Auch das sich das Objekt zwar nur 1,4 km vom Meer entfernt befindet war uns klar, allerdings nicht, dass es gefühlt auf dem Mount Everest. Zumal es sich bei den direkten Weg eher um Trampelpfade handelt. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich, die in den Bewertungen genannten Vermieter haben wir in drei Wochen nicht kennengelernt, da sie wohl 200 km weit weg wohnen. Leider gibt es in der Küche keine Klimaanlage, was es sehr schwer macht, frische Lebensmittel oder Obst länger zu lagern. Zu erwähnen sei auch noch, dass es eine sehr steile Treppe in die zweite Etage gibt. Für unsere Kinder (11 und 12 J) war es keine Problem, bei kleineren Kindern oder älteren Menschen wird es allerdings schwierig. Leider gibt es auch im Erdgeschoß zum Schlafzimmer keine Tür. Man liegt quast direkt vor der Eingangstür. Das Objekt hat eine traumhaft Aussicht. Für Hundebesitze ist es geeignet ( allerdings nicht komplett eingezäunt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und das Haus liegt sehr gut oberhalb von Crikvenica in einem Teil der Stadt, wo ältere Steinhäuser stehen (schein früher ein eigenes Dorf gewesen zu sein) am unteren Rand, so dass unterhalb der Terasse nur noch Obstgärten zu sehen sind und somit die Aussicht aufs Meer sehr schön ist. Der Fußweg zum Haus durch ein enges Gässchen bergabwärts ist schnell vergessen, wenn man das Grundstück betritt. Man ist ganz für sich mit einem kleine netten Garten. Was man wissen muss ist, dass die Wendeltreppe ins obere Stockwerk sehr steil ist, aber man kann das obere Stockwerk auch über die Außentreppe erreichen. Sehr schön ist die überdachte Terrasse mit den Holzbänken vor der Küche, die komplett mit Glastüren versehen ist so dass die Küche fast wie ein Teil der Terrasse wirkt, wenn man die Schiebetüren aufmacht. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
