The villa is located on the seaside promenade, from which only about 20 steps separate you. It connects the towns of Crikvenica and Selce. The Riviera is known for its sandy and pebble beaches with the many sports facilities and quiet, hidden coves with lush Mediterranean vegetation. It is a century-old oasis of health tourism and is rich in culinary specialties from the surrounding area. Here, special emphasis is placed on a traditional way of production.
