Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Z-Bed (Flexible Sleeping Only)
Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Underfloor oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner provided. Travel cot, highchair and fireguard available on request. Welcome pack (hamper from local deli on request).. Small, enclosed garden with patio and furniture. 20 acre grounds (shared). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a natural water supply from a spring and there are sloping banks in the grounds.. Surrounded by farmland, beautiful scenery and wildlife, this semi-detached, single-storey holiday property is set in the heart of the scenic West Strathearn area of Perthshire and only three miles from the pretty village of Comrie. The hills and glens of Perthshire make it the ideal location for riding, cycling, fishing and walking, and you are surrounded by some of the finest golf courses in Scotland including the famous Gleneagles.
