It comprises a 37 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 1,000 m². For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, cot and high chair, barbecue, table tennis table.

- A private swimming pool, heated from May to September/October depending on the weather, with protective cover and measuring 6.50 x 3.20 x 1.50 m.
- A beautiful south/west-facing garden of 1,000 m² + terrace adjoining the house with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in the commune of Pointe du Hoc, near the beaches and D-Day landing sites, in a very pleasant and gastronomic environment, close to Isigny sur mer. On the route of the Vélomaritime-Eurovélo 4, it is comfortable and functional for a historic and relaxing stopover gîte. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as markets, local producers, restaurants, bars, hiking trails and water sports activities...
