The gîte benefits from a beautiful view of the walnut grove that surrounds it as well as of the impressive cliffs, typical of the area. Ideal starting point for discovering the many great tourist spots of the Lot and the Dordogne department, the proximity of the beautiful and wide Dordogne river awaits you for canoeing descents...or for fishing! You will appreciate this large house of modern inspiration, with beautiful volumes, very luminous, and an equipment combining comfort and quality! Everything is gathered for your greatest happiness at the gite of Carman!Gite of 200 m², from 2015, on the ground floor, 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), bathroom (double washbasin, radiator, towel heater, Italian shower), separate toilet and washbasin. Living room, dining room, kitchen with central island, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 laundry room with combined fridge and washing machine. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140, plus a mezzanine with sofa bed, shower room, separate toilet. Outside : covered terrace, non enclosed land. Heating and electricity included.
