300m from the banks of the Dordogne river, this family house built in 1888 in the heart of an old farm has been converted into a pleasant vacation home.In a quiet environment, 1km from the touristic village of Creysse which charms by its unique heritage classified as Historic Monument and its architectural originality, and 7 kms from all shops and services, this house is ideally located to enjoy all the richness of this part of the department. In the summer, you will enjoy relaxing on the beautiful pebble beaches of the nearby river, also suitable for swimming and canoeing; you will also appreciate the hiking trails all around as well as the proximity of the famous St Jacques de Compostelle's way.We love this house with its typical Quercy charm and all the comforts that are available to holidaymakers to have a great time in all seasons!Entrance by a few steps: living room area (sofa, armchair, TV) / fully equipped and integrated kitchen area: (Sink, oven, induction hob 3 fireplaces, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, food processor, filter coffee maker, toaster ...) A bedroom with a double bed, bathroom + toilet, laundry area in a basement. Electric heating. Wifi access. Covered shelter for car. Unfenced ground of 700m2 approximately. Bread deposit in the campsite at 200m from the village, restaurant in the village. Semi-detached house occasionally occupied by the owners, not overlooked.
