Between Berry and Creuse, near La Châtre and the Ligny lake with its water ski lift, on the edge of the village with shops in the George Sand region, this secluded house features a garden and a 1,000 m² enclosed courtyard.

Bonus: Bed linen, towels, cleaning, and heating are included in the price. After two steps at the entrance, the house is all on one level with a large entrance hall, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Parking is available on the property, and there is a private terrace and a pétanque court in the garden. The garden is enclosed.

Visit our farm 4 km away, where you can buy meat directly (depending on the season). Visit times can be arranged during your stay (€5 per adult).

Pets are welcome at a rate of €30 per pet per stay.

A final cleaning fee of €65 will be charged if requested during your stay.
