An incredible vacation home by Lake Gregory in Crestline near Arrowheads. A new two story home stylishly designed with attention to details. It's a smart home with an Alexa in every single room and you can control every single light switch, thermostat, locks and more. You'll find lots of table games to entertain and Sony Playstation 3 with enough video games to stuck there for months.
Using hot tub is $50 extra and please let us know in advance so we have time to prep it for you.
It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room with skylights, a designated dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a huge island in the middle. Lot’s of windows and lots of natural light. Large patio with a fire place and seating areas, bbq and outdoor dinning area. On the backyard you’ll find a nice deck with a hot tub surrounded by the nature and sounds of waterfall.
This home is a great option all year around. Parking for a big RV or 3 regular cars and EV 30apms outlet with a Tesla Standard plug. Centrally located, 5 min walk and 1 min drive to the lake. A big grocery store only 3 miles away.
**Check out time is 11 am the latest.**
*In order to use fire pit and bbq grill, guests need to use propane gas which isn’t included in the rental cost. However, we provide propane tank that can be refilled by guests at grocery store nearby.
*If you use bbq grill, please make sure it’s clean before check out.
Otherwise, it’ll be a $30 charge.
