3-star property of individually owned condos. There is no longer a front desk at the Grand Lodge but we are readily available to respond to our guests!

◐ The Building was built back in 1999. It's a bit dated, the common areas need some love and the units have a 1990's hotel room vibe.
◐ The Building & HOA are managed by an outside company. This company has control of the maintenance and cleaning schedule for building amenities.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the condo and Grand Lodge amenities. The Grand Lodge has a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Steam room, free parking (guests are given one parking pass per room), EV charging and is in the perfect location to Mt. Crested Butte. (please note if any of the amenities are not operational during your stay, we will not offer a refund as we don't have control over the amenities).

The Neighborhood:
Elk Avenue is a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries.
Crested Butte offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing.
The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge Crested Butte Colorado. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible from The Grand Lodge The Grand Lodge at Crested Butte is just a 5-minute walk from the Crested Butte Mountain Resort.

Getting Around:
Most Guests bring their car to get around (we have a free parking lot with EV charging), but there are shuttles to get around if you'd prefer!

This property does not have air conditioning.

Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100.

This unit is NOT pet friendly. Only floors 1 & 2 are pet friendly. You may see pets on the 4th and 5th floors, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with Traverse Hospitality ).
Heating is controlled by a thermostat on the wall of the living room.
