The Adaptive Sports Center’s Gothic Lodge is located in the heart of Crested Butte. Primarily designed for people with disabilities, the fully accessible home includes a large living area and group kitchen and accommodates up to 12 people. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms this home is a great spot for multiple families or larger groups. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV w/ roku.

The spacious kitchen has a Viking gas oven/range, Viking refrigerator/freezer, custom cabinetry and granite tile countertops. In the kitchen there is also a dining table that will seat 6. The media room has a large TV, foosball table and pool table. Another TV den is located downstairs as well. Enjoy the ambiance of several fireplaces in this unit or step outside onto the large deck to soak in an unobstructed view of Mt. Crested Butte.

This unit is also walking distance to the free shuttle that can take you to and from Mt. Crested Butte and further into the heart of Historic Downtown Crested Butte.

**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. 4th of July in CB!

The house and location were great! House was clean and well stocked with towels, bedfing, games, pool table, etc. Also has an awesome upstairs porch overlooking Mt. Crested Butte. . Easy walk to Elk Ave and the Town shuttle.
