Good Ski Condo

We stayed with our children for a spring break ski trip. The condo is conveniently located just down the street from the resort. The garage and mudroom on the first floor functioned well as a staging area for all our gear. We drive a large SUV with a ski rack and our vehicle would not fit in the garage, clearance was too low. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to make family dinners. The fireplace is just a light, no flame or heat. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and the bathrooms were fine. Overall, we had a great stay.

Second time here, just as great as the first

This was our second time staying here during the ski season. The property was just as great as the first time and we enjoyed every day of it. Winter storms rolled in after us and the night before we left but it was no problem with frequent snow removal or finding a safe place to park the car. And it just meant better skiing on the very close mountain! Hopefully we'll be back next season!

Very good across-the-board

We had a great time on the property. One caveat- the microwave. I think it needs to be replaced. We would open it and then it wouldn’t close. Matt did some work on it and it was a bit better but the same problem reoccurred.

Great stay!

This place was great for my family of 5! We gave the kids the master bedroom and we stayed in the other room. Place was well stocked. The only wrinkle was getting to the ski area - it’s not far but you are going uphill so it’s a bit tiring. There is a bus system but we never tried it as would take longer for us to get to the mountain since we get on the first stop. The walk back was a breeze though!

Skiing Crested Butte

It was a really nice place to stay. The views were just amazing, plenty of room for my sister and I and a well appointed kitchen too. Great water pressure, the dishwasher is quiet enough to run while watching a movie. Yoga mats and the fleece blankets were a nice added touch too. Another lamp in the dining/lounging would be a wonderful addition. Someone has spent a considerable amount of time, effort and $ appointing this place. Did I mention there is a nice garage to park your car too? This is a grewt place to stay

Very nice

Townhouse is well equipped and comfortable. Southern exposure provides warm morning sunshine, and excellent Mountain views. Temps were below zero every night, no drafts - house is well built. Plenty of hot water. Short Walk to slopes is good warm up. Yes, we’d rent again.

Home away from home

Excellent townhouse in a super quiet location. We loved the mud room and garage convenience which make this place way superior to a condo. Just a heads-up of the limited food supply in Crested Butte as we found the Clarks grocery store expensive, with low inventory and quite dirty overall. Restaurants were disappointing as well.

Lovely condo in CB

My son lives in CB, and this was my first trip to visit. The condo was perfect for my best friend and I to stay, and to hang out with my son. The view is magnificent from every room! The kitchen is a little small, but adequate. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great location with fantastic view!

We had a fabulous time in this Mt. Crested Butte unit! This attractive sunny unit had everything that the four of us needed including a well furnished kitchen and extremely comfortable beds. Access to the ski slopes was convenient and easy. The views of the valley and nearby mountains were amazing with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We highly recommend this rental.

Excellent stay!

The condo was perfect for us and Matthew was the perfect host. The condo was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped since we ate most of our meals there. We stayed for a ski stay but think it would be a great choice year round.

Feb 2022 Stay

We had an amazing stay here. Place was clean/organized and Matt was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had. It was a little further to the ski mountain than I expected but there is a good shuttle system that is only a short walk away.
