This is a newly built home and there are more homes being built directly across the street. You will see construction and may hear construction noises during the day.

At nighttime, it is very quiet and dark and a great place to see the stars.



Getting Around:

You will need a four-wheel drive vehicle to access the property in the winter months.. Be aware of snowfall and travel advisories. The garage is not large enough for trucks to fit.



Other Things to Note:

It is illegal to feed or approach wildlife in Colorado- you could get a fine. Keep a safe distance and keep your food and trash locked up. Ring doorbell camera on the front door.
