Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The First Street house was an excellent spot for us while in town for the CB Film Festival. The location is excellent...super close to Elk Avenue. Easy walk to everything. And, it has a parking space, which is key b/c the house is within the downtown parking restriction zone. Recently renovated from top to bottom.
