Balcony and terrace. Total floor space: 163 m² including attic areas. Remarkably renovated country chalet 900m from the shops of Crest-Voland. Beautiful spacious and bright living room with its large bay windows opening onto the 40 m² terrace. Panoramic view of the Aravis massif. Terrace on the ground floor with spa. Private parking for 3 cars. Public charging station 500m in the village center (car charging not allowed in the chalet).
