Beautiful contemporary country house located at the entrance of the village, overlooking a vast meadow. Residential sector. Good comfort. Spacious. Warm and pleasant. Large common terrace. Splendid view of the massif and the Aravis chain. Proximity tracks + shops & services. Gite located 300m from the Crest-Voland slopes, Espace Diamant link (ski area with 185km of slopes linking Flumet, St Nicolas la Chapelle, Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Hauteluce and Les Saisies). Cross-country ski trails on site or 8km away, famous Nordic Olympic area of Les Saisies (120km of slopes). Many sports, fun, aerial and outdoor activities, summer and winter, in all the villages of Val d'Arly. Territory classified as "Pays d'Art et d'Histoire".
