Spacious modern three bedroom house opposite golf course & just 350m to beach and famous National Surfing Reserve.

Property boasts polished timber flooring, combined kitchen, living and dining area which opens onto covered outdoor entertainment area with ocean views.

Entry level is tiled throughout with second living area or rumpus room, two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and double lock-up garage.

Property is serviced with a gas BBQ, 2 TV's, DVD, ensuite, 2nd living area, double lock-up garage & enclosed yard.

NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.
The vacation home features a balcony and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Stretch out in the jetted tub. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a private yard, and a microwave.

Whispering Seas - great locations and property.

Whispering Seas was a great, roomy location for any group, close to town but with great outlook onto the golf course. Lovely place to relax with plenty of space.
