Great location but not clean

A poorly maintained property. Very dirty inside. Rat poison and rat traps in the cupboards, mildew on threadbare curtains, cushion covers in need in a wash. Soft uncomfortable bed. Supplied crockery needed a good clean. Grassed area on riverfront had not been mowed for a long time.
