Very comfortable two bedroom flat in very handy location, just 100 metres from village shops and Killick Creek.

Property Boasts tiled flooring throughout, TV, DVD, microwave, BBQ. Lock up yard that provides great security. Pet friendly.

NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.

Quite comfortable with basic facilities. A better heating system would be good as the tiled floors and open plan layout makes the unit quite cold in the winter months. Good central location, close to all amenities.

The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, cutlery etc and we also made use of the outdoor seating space and bbq everyday! It is also conveniently located - only a short walk to the Main Street, the creek and beach.Our only disappointment was on arrival there was a sign on the fridge to say pets outdoors only - ideally this would’ve been communicated more clearly prior to our visit (in most cases ‘pet friendly’ means access to in and outdoors).

Reviewer Comments: Wasn't impressed when we arrived and found a poster on the fridge saying dogs weren't allowed in the house I would have thought that when I booked it on the website it said pet friendly and I assumed if they weren't allowed in the house it would have said it like some other houses we looked at.Night time was very cold the heater that was there doesn't heat the place at all.For what we paid it was okay but we wouldn't stay there again the cockroaches really put us off.
