This gite is in an outbuilding of an 18th century farmhouse, located in the countryside, on one level, very comfortable, and ideal for enjoying the sun and lounging on the terrace in the shade of the pergola. Thus, in a very cocooning atmosphere, you will undoubtedly have a pleasant and relaxing stay. Adjoining another gite and close to the owners' house. 2 terraces, adjoining land, relaxation room (games, reading) and shared swimming pool (9x4m) with 2 other gites (46G11856 and 46G12149) for 2 and 4 people and the owners. Ground floor: dining area/integrated kitchen (microwave oven/freezer combination...)/terrace of 33m2, bedroom (bed 1.60m), furnished relaxation area (armchair, TV) and direct access to small terrace. Shower room, separate wc and technical room with washing machine. Electric floor heating. Possibility to rent the 3 gîtes (46G11855, 46G11856, and 46G12149) for a total capacity of 8/9 people on the site. Baby equipment: bath and high chair.
