• Sleeps 20-24 Guests: 7 spacious bedrooms, including 6 king suites, and a custom-designed bunkroom with 6 full-size beds—ideal for large groups or multi-family vacations.
• 7 Bedrooms & 7.5 Bathrooms: Six luxurious king suites, each with a private en-suite bathroom and balcony with views, plus a bunkroom with its own bathroom for added convenience, and half bath for the game room
• Endless Entertainment: Heated pool (heated upon request – additional fees apply), hot tub, fire pit, sport court (basketball & pickleball), shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, pool, arcade games, pop-a-shot, massage chairs, corn hole, connect four, creek (try your hand at catching crawdads) and so much more!

• Dining Area: Gather around the elegant dining table that seats 10, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar and an outdoor table for 8. It's the perfect place to share a meal and enjoy each other’s company while taking in the natural beauty surrounding you.

• King Suites: Each of the 6 king suites is a private retreat, featuring a king-size bed, a 40” smart TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. • Parking: Ample parking space for 8-10 vehicles, including room for boat parking (no RVs or trailers allowed), in large circle drive.

• No Pets allowed on the property.
• Minimum Stays: 3-night minimum during peak seasons, spring break, and holidays. Weekday 2-night stays may be available during off-peak times.
• Starter Supplies: A starter supply of coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc., is provided, but guests may need to bring additional items for the duration of their stay.
