Great staff with great hotel facilities Breakfast was good the cappuccino’s are lovely. Evening meal was lovely and even got 10% discount because we were residents. Rooms clean and comfortable Shower was great Walking distance to a variety of restaurants just a 2 minute walk away 20 minute walk from the golf club But hotel put on a curiosity transport on during the golf tournament Great location and very quiet to get a good night sleep Used this hotel for the Omega European Masters golf tournament Would use again and recommend to others to book

Nice place for a ski vacation

First time visiting Crans-Montana and we were not disappointed - the hotel was a little older but extremely well maintained and very cozy. The staff were so friendly and the restaurant onsite had an amazing fondue offering. They have a drop off and pick up ski service that made it super easy to get on the mountain as well. We'd like to come back in the summer and will definitely consider staying here again.

I recently had a delightful two-day stay at hotel golf. The staff provided a warm welcome and the room was spacious, clean, and featured breathtaking views. The hotel restaurant served delicious Swiss cuisine, and I appreciated that the hotel provided transportation to the ski slopes. The location was convenient, and the hotel's serene surroundings provided a tranquil atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Crans Montana.

The best hotel in town! We stayed there several days and loved it. Beautiful and the front desk were the best. The late night guard was very polite and helpful. Could not think of anywhere else to stay. Drinks were unique prepared by Ana, the best bar tender.

Christmas getaway

Friendliness and availability of the staff. We were welcomed by a handwritten note and a box of chocolate- which was very much appreciated. We had the Christmas menu at the restaurant. Simple but good food. The restaurant staff was discreet, helpful and very very nice! We also loved having a chauffeur driving us to the slopes!

We spent 4 days with the nicest family of hoteliers of a 19 day vacation. The owners are on site and care about everything. The welcome was wonderful. Although we didn't have a car the hotel has parking. A plus after having no parking at other hotels. The hotel is in an area of fantastic resorts. It is located just a short walk from the center of town and is quiet and beautiful. Everything about this hotel is top notch. The rooms were very nice and had everything you could want in a room.. Beautiful patios with views of the alps and all of the small things that you need and want. Beautiful robes and towels for the indoor pool. The day starts with a beautiful buffet of breakfast foods and treats. The entrance staff is well informed of all of the events happening in the area and they are all multilingual and attentive to everyone. The MR is omni present as is MRS. She runs the hotel and he runs the food and beverage and everything else that needs to be done. They were there on their day off because they seem to live there. Except for Sunday night they have a full restaurant every day. All of the serving staff at the restaurant are multilingual. We were there with German French English and Italian all at once and they move from one table to the next and speak and understand everyone. There is a beautiful patio that looks south to the range of mountains and Zermatt/The Matterhorn. The grounds are beautiful, as is so much of Switzerland. More than a hotel.
