My booking was confirmed and I wasn’t given any information about how to obtain access. I ended up having to sleep in my hire car as no way ane was there to meet me. I booked Thursday for a stay from Saturday to the following Sunday and after no communication money was taken after a further email on Monday confirming my Saturday booking. I had to book another hotel and once alerted the charge was reversed. The service was not up to standard. Luckily I was in my own, but still not good enough and t still take the money? Not good enough.

Port Douglas 8 night stay

Overall our experience at the resort was pleasant. The location of the room is quiet but with no view. A short walk to the pool which was great. Check in was concerning, with no one meeting us at the room as planned. Room facilities are poorly maintained, faulty kettle, fan switch, bed side lamp not working. Photos online are clearly from earlier days and should really be updated. This resort is at least five mins drive from the heart of Port Douglas. Map location on the Stayz page is incorrect. Close to the beach which was great and easy access in and out of the resort.

Absolute bliss!

We recently stayed here in room 161 for our Honeymoon. The room is presented well and the resort itself I cannot fault. Highly recommend to any couples wanting to getaway and relax in paradise. We will be back!
