This is an excellent choice for Cox's Bazar. I will be returning. The location is central. The rooms and restaurant are clean and tidy. The staff is trained. WIFI works well. Breakfast is good but lacks variety. Maintenance suffers some but most things are in working order or were attended to by the staff.

A conveniently located hotel.

In spite of a payment goof-up by Expedia, the staff went out of their way to help and accommodate us. Allowed us to use their phone for long stretch of time. Made us feel at home. Very helpful and friendly staff. I specially mention Mr. Gazi. He is a gem of a person and an asset for the hotel. Thank you Mr. Gazi for all that you did for us.

Warm and helpful staff

Stayed in this hotel 2 nights,it was beyond my expectations.Room condition is really nice and comfortable.Breakfast starts from 8am but I wish it would be earlier,at least 7am.Mr Hamid at reception,he was so generous and supported my first visit to Cox's Bazar.Thank you so so much.Difinitely stay here again as long as they provide such a great service.
