With no prior awareness I booked on price and was more than pleasantly surprised. Very friendly and helpful service, room clean and fresh, bathroom small but well appointed with modern fittings. Could not have been happier and booked again for my return journey. By the way, excellent and free wifi.
Very comfortable motel unit with undercover parking and no road noise. The manager was very welcoming and helpful. The unit was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities required for an overnight stay.
We recently attended a wedding in Cowra and were booked into this motel for 4 nights by the bride. The decor is a little dated but it has everything you need from a motel, a very comfortable bed, great shower and plenty of space in the room. The owners were very nice and accommodating for the large amount of wedding guests. A short drive to the centre of lovely Cowra, another of NSW's country town gems. Thanks for a great stay
Took a punt on this Econo Lodge - the Alabaster - whilst travelling up the Olympic Way and wasn't disappointed. A very friendly welcome, a clean and comfortable room and all at an affordable price. The Alabaster is located on the Bathurst end of town within easy walking distance of Cowra's main shopping centre and watering holes. Recommended.
Excellent find. Rooms spotlessly clean, maybe a little dated but everything worked. Good bathroom, lovely shower. Continental breakfast all that was needed and delivered on time. Warm welcome on arrival and nothing was a bother.
Booked for 1 night stay on boxing day. The place is the first motel into Cowra. Greeted by Ian who is a gentleman. The room was spacious and the bathroom was newly renovated which was awesome having new tiles snd fittings. Room was also painted and newly done up with all lights working unlike other places I've stayed at. A great place it was and this will be my choice of accommodation from now on.👌
The double room apartment was a great surprise that could comfortably sleep 6. Good size, clean with comfortable beds & away from the road. Good facilities, good size bathroom that probably needs a hand towel ring
Stayed here before but had the Queen Room, very luxurious option but if available worth the little extra. As with previous visit the foods was delicious tasty and a good selection. The staff make this an enjoyable past to rest.
Booked based on price so were prepared for pretty basic but definitely got more than we expected! We arrived late and left early but were there long enough to be impressed. We had one of the back rooms, which was quiet and cosy. Got off to a good start with the fellow on reception really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and spotless and the bed comfy. Good to have a table and chairs for our breakfast and the kitchenette was functional. Wifi was good, though we only used it briefly. The bathroom has clearly been recently renovated and was pretty flash. Plenty of good pressure hot water. My only suggestion would be to add a couple of plates and cutlery etc to go with the toaster... Cowra's not our usual stopping point but will definitely stay here next time we do stop.
We stayed in the two bedroom family room. A little outdated in style but clean, and comfortable nonetheless. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Room had a balcony with a nice view of the hills. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, even rang to let us know we forgot our pillow - luckily we were still in town.
