Booked for 1 night stay on boxing day. The place is the first motel into Cowra. Greeted by Ian who is a gentleman. The room was spacious and the bathroom was newly renovated which was awesome having new tiles snd fittings. Room was also painted and newly done up with all lights working unlike other places I've stayed at. A great place it was and this will be my choice of accommodation from now on.👌
The double room apartment was a great surprise that could comfortably sleep 6. Good size, clean with comfortable beds & away from the road. Good facilities, good size bathroom that probably needs a hand towel ring
Stayed here before but had the Queen Room, very luxurious option but if available worth the little extra. As with previous visit the foods was delicious tasty and a good selection. The staff make this an enjoyable past to rest.
Booked based on price so were prepared for pretty basic but definitely got more than we expected! We arrived late and left early but were there long enough to be impressed. We had one of the back rooms, which was quiet and cosy. Got off to a good start with the fellow on reception really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and spotless and the bed comfy. Good to have a table and chairs for our breakfast and the kitchenette was functional. Wifi was good, though we only used it briefly. The bathroom has clearly been recently renovated and was pretty flash. Plenty of good pressure hot water. My only suggestion would be to add a couple of plates and cutlery etc to go with the toaster... Cowra's not our usual stopping point but will definitely stay here next time we do stop.
We stayed in the two bedroom family room. A little outdated in style but clean, and comfortable nonetheless. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Room had a balcony with a nice view of the hills. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, even rang to let us know we forgot our pillow - luckily we were still in town.
Greeted very warmly by Ian the Manager on arrival. All the hotel facilities explained to a tee. Was given an upgrade due to the status of my Choice Privileges membership. I don't normally eat in when staying at motels, however the menu was to good to past up. The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy. The only downside was it was out of the main strip of shops etc so probably too far to walk. in saying that it provided a very quiet atmosphere. Highly recommended
We travelled to Cowra for a family memorial. Many family members stayed here, with different styles of rooms and we all agreed it is a great place to stay. The owners are so friendly and nothing is too much for them. We arrived late at night, no problem. A freezing cold July night (-7C) and they had put on the heat, milk in the fridge and key in the pick up box. We had a two bedroom family apartment. So comfortable. Three single beds in one room with a separate TV and Air con and electric blankets. The main room had a single bed and a queen bed, so comfortable, even the pillows. A couch and chairs and table. Handy things like a microwave, toaster and jug. The unit has been fully renovated and the bathroom is modern, the shower hot. The motel is set back from the main road so the accommodation is very quiet. A sliding glass door led out to a massive patio that is shared with other rooms with views of the countryside. Even our cars are parked at the door of the unit and undercover to protect from the weather. Thoroughly recommend this lovely place. Oh and the double rooms are terrific as well. Will have to come back in the summer to try out the pool.
Staff were great. Parking in front of room. Room service only which was fine. Very clean, comfortable and tidy room. Will stay again. Superb air conditioning on a cold winter's night. Many restaurants in town allow meals to be charged back to the room.
I stay here on a regular basis for several nights through the week for work and have always found the hotel to be very comfortable, clean and accommodating. I work for a solar company and travel on a regular basis, often checking in at very late notice without confirmation of the length of my stay. Ian the manager is always helpful and happy to provide me with what I need. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and spacious and very good value!
This would have to be the cleanest motel I have stayed in. I found absolutely no dirt, not even a trace of mild in the bathroom. The rooms at the front are exposed to a little road noise, talk to the owner if you have concerns as there are other quieter rooms available. The owner was nice to deal with. The beds were good as was the climate controls in room. Thanks to the owner and staff for a great stay.
