This stunning studio apartment is ideal for a weekend getaway for a couple and is located over the road from Cowes Beach,a short stroll to Erehwon Park, easy walking distance to the main shopping street and an abundance of local cafes and restaurants. Free WIFI
The property comprises open plan living/kitchen/lounge with 2 TV's. The entry has a couch, a well equipped kitchenette including fridge, electric cook top, oven, Coffee pod machine, microwave, also a washing machine.
The lounge room consist of a queen bed, 1 single bed,flat screen TV, couch, dining table, split system heater/air conditioner, delightful balcony with table and chairs overlooking the bay.
The central bathroom has a large corner spa, toilet and separate shower and hairdryer.
There is secure off street parking for one car in the basement garage.
This Apartment is ideal for a couple or small group ONLY. NOT PET FRIENDLY.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Sun drenched balcony with beach view

Thoughtfully well equiped, such as an overhead lamp for reading whilst reclining on one of the two couches, a comfortable bed and full size fridge rather than a bar fridge. Really enjoyed our stay especially the north facing sunny balcony overlooking the beach, a perfect spot to relax. The location is central walking distance to calm beaches, shops and restaurants
