The Space:
Primely located in Cowes, just off The Esplanade, and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping, this retro beachfront townhouse offers a sun-soaked deck with alfresco dining and beautiful water views. Enjoy lazy mornings overlooking the sparkling shores of Phillip Island or head down to Cowes Beach just 200 meters from your door. The spacious stay offers three spacious bedrooms, open-plan living, two bathrooms, and a separate study for those working remotely.

Escape the city and enjoy a three-bedroom townhouse for up to seven guests. With a tranquil, sun-soaked deck offering an outdoor setting—where you can enjoy alfresco relaxation at any point of the day—a BBQ, and stunning views, you’ll be able to truly unwind during your stay.

Step inside to find a naturally-lit living space wrapped in windows, showcasing colorful walls, and featuring high ceilings with exposed timber beams. Here, polished wooden floorboards and a large, comfortable chaise lounge complement modern timber furnishings and a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV with a sound system.

Alongside the open-plan living area, you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen that has everything you'll need. Spend relaxing nights making use of the premium appliances including an electric cooktop, oven, large fridge, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine; and then dine indoors at the six-person timber table, before heading back out to the breezy deck to enjoy a glass of wine.

Need to work remotely? Enjoy a bright study area that features a desk, office chair, lounge, TV and a speaker, as well as direct access to the lower-level deck.

When evening falls, take your pick of three lovely rooms. The master bedroom can be found upstairs and offers a plush king bed, built-in wardrobes, sliding glass doors that lead out onto the deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious vanity and a shower.

Downstairs you’ll find a second bedroom that offers a luxurious king bed, grey feature wall, built-in wardrobe, and timber furnishings; while a third bedroom can sleep three in a bunk bed that has a single mattress above a double mattress. Meanwhile, the main bathroom is also downstairs and offers a spacious shower, relaxing tub, toilet, big vanity, and a laundry area with a washing machine.

Additional luxuries include a Large HD TV and blackout blinds, while added conveniences include air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and secure parking for one car.
