My husband and I needed a place to stop for one night on our way to a family reunion on Thanksgiving Day . We wanted something economical so we chose the quality inn. I liked our bed! and the pillows were very comfortable. We chose a room with a king bed and slept very well. I was not expecting a large fancy room! We wanted the economy of a more compact room and were not disappointed. Everything we needed was there but in a compact form. I liked the overall cleanliness we found. There was no armchair in the room but instead we had extra floor space which I personally prefer. We appreciated the courtesy of the staff. This was on Thanksgiving Day and the gentleman that served breakfast was very accommodating with keeping the eggs and sausage fresh and hot. He even fried my waffle for me as well! There were yogurt, fruit juices, and a nice selection of cold options. I am writing this several days later and cannot remember precisely what options there were besides what I ate personally. The neighborhood did not seem trashy. As we drove away in the morning, we passed smaller houses but things were well kept and peaceful looking.
Dirty, felt unsafe. Room stunk like stale cigarettes. Multiple dogs wandering the property off leash belonging to the staff.

MATTRESS SQUEAKED, REFRIGERATOR MADE LOUD NOISES. CLOCK RADIO DO NOT WORK. SINK DID NOT DRAIN. SINK STOPPER DID NOT WORK . AT BREAKFAST THE JUICE DISPENSER WAS NOT WORKING AND THE WAFFLE MAKER WAS NOT WORKING AND MANY OTHER FOOD ITEMS WERE UNAVAILABLE .

I liked the location, but the room was surprisingly damaged for being fairly new, There were holes in the carpet, the toilet was loose and made you feel like you were falling when used. The shower was missing the corner shelf, the sink bowl was broken and caulked and so was the toilet paper holder. The tv remote only changed the channel. We probably won't stay there again.
Poor facilities/services. Carpets are smelly. Breakfast eggs and sausages were cold.
