We were there for few nights baseball game, the location is great with reasonable price. The bed is very comfortable. I had to work during the day, they also provided tech support when I had trouble connecting to wifi (unable to connect with VPN). Staffs are very friendly & helpful.

This hotel is conveniently located off the freeway (ample parking), within walking distance to the Great American Ballpark and restaurants. The river view is nice due to being able to see the Cincinnati skyline. The room was spacious and clean with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer. Breakfast room has a nice view. Breakfast is filling-regular or plain waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt with coffee, milk and juices. There was always ice cold, fruit infused water. WIFI was decent. Shower had good pressure! THE CHECK IN STAFF ROCKED. Both employees at check in and check out were helpful and had a sense of humor.

The carpet in the room and hall was very dirty. The room had a musky smell. The air conditioner was very loud. I expected more for what I paid for the room.

Close to all local shopping. If you don't want to be in the business of Cincinnati this hotel is so close that once you cross the bridge you are in Cincinnati

We were in town for the Lights concert at the Thompson House in Newport. Took the trolley to the concert. It stopped right in front of the hotel. We walked back after the concert, not a bad walk. The rooms are large, the bed was comfortable. ALL the staff was very friendly. Only thing I can recall that I didn't like was that the tub was slippery, and the faucet handle in the bathroom leaked when you turned the cold water on. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is close to restaurants: we ate at Joe's Crab Shack, right behind the parking lot.

Our stay was very pleasant. Our room was quiet. We paid $20 extra a night to have a river view and the city skyline at night was worth it. The location was excellent for us with easy access to both our family in Ft. Thomas, major roads, and fun activities. The staff was friendly. However, there were a few issues. On more than one occasion we heard employees arguing and exchanging disgruntled exchanges about their work environment. Another issue was the sofa bed was broken at the bottom. We did not seek to get it repaired but rather had a child sleep on it since he wasn't so tall that it would be an issue. There should be routine checks to make certain the sofa beds are in good repair. Also, our room was not exceptionally clean. I found a beer bottle cap on the floor and the refrigerator smelled. Internet reception was excellent. The breakfast was fine but the layout made it difficult to manage with people bumping into each other all the time going from one side to another. There were so many people eating that the one woman on duty was hard-pressed to keep everything filled. She was friendly and doing her best. she needed help. On Friday morning, she had someone with her. Overall, I would say this hotel is well worth the price and just needs to address the issues with their staff and perform quality checks on their rooms.

Stayed here 4 days for family event. Clean hotel, great location and amenities.

This was our first time staying in Kentucky and we loved it. The hotel was close to everything, had clean rooms, nice breakfast and awesome staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice location great room. A little overpriced and would have been cheaper to book through the hotel directly.

Everything was great. Excellent room. Great location.

The hotel seems cramped. The elevator hallway is very small, same with the lobby when entering the elevator. There is very little room to get in or exit when other people are there. I had to ask were the vending machines were located as i didn't have any on the floor I was staying at. The lady at the desk seem like it was a bother to even answer me as to where the location was at for them. The room and bathroom were great, clean and very nice.

Always stayed elsewhere in the area. Tried Comfort Suites...great parking, some covered with direct entrance to lobby and elevators. Very clean, quiet room. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Cheap shuttle to game and back. Very nice. Also, easy in and out to I-471 into Kentucky/Indiana.

great location, can walk to the Newport on the levee area easily.

The hotel is in a great location, but the rooms are tired. It needs a major updating. It has in-wall A/C and my room had a musty smell to it Other than the location, there is no reason to stay here.

When we arrived the girl couldn't find our reservation, we had little time to make the wedding so was about to pay $450 plus tax againwhen a coworker found it. Our room obviously had been smoked in even though it was a non smoking room, we didn't have time to switch, other than that it was fine.

Clean comfortable. Good location and value. Excellent access to Downtown Cincinnati.

Place was clean and comfortable. Was there for Sunday night Bengals game. Location and price were right on

As promised by other travelers, this Comfort Inn was a great value. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff knew their stuff. The location was convenient to the interstates. The complimentary breakfast was a perfect start to a long day.

We weren't sure what to expect, but were extremely surprised. The room was nicer than most 4 star hotels we've been to, and the breakfast was amazing, hot and ready in the morning. Great view of the river, and a spectacular 5 minute walk to the shopping area of NewPort and to the bridges to walk to Cincinnati. We will definitely stay here if we are ever overnight in Cincinnati again!

My wife booked this hotel for me and my friends to attend shows at Newport on the Levee. We had a really nice room as well as entire hotel. The service was great and we got a great price for the luxury given. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
