La proprietaire devrait mieux écouter les besoins des locataires en commençant par changer la television, le micro onde et le lave vaisselle avant que tout cela tombe en panne. Puis un détail mais il va falloir vraiment raboter cette porte de toilettes avec qui on bataille pour l'ouvrir. Sinon maison agreable a vivre.

bereikbaarheid en geluid/gehorigheid

Beste, bij aankomst bleek de voorinformatie mbt het adres (we hoorden vooraf 22B, bleek uiteindelijk 24A te zijn (rue de eglise) -vooraf had ik contact gehad met de concierge over aankomsttijd. op de gezonden sms reageerde hij niet, later bleek wel dat hij het had gelezen, maar 'bezig' was. ook bellen om toegang tot de woning te verkijgen kreeg ik geen contact. uiteindelijk na drie kwartier rondvragen bij vreemde kwam de conciërge aan. s avonds verbleven wij in de woning, en praatten en lachten maar niet overdreven naar ons gevoel (3 personen) . We kregen de volgende dag een mail dat er door omwonenden klachten van overlast door ons- waren binnengekomen. WIJ waren ons van geen kwaad bewust, dat er sprake is van een dergelijk grote gehorigheid in dat appartement en straatje. OOK werd me -gemeld/geschreven- dat het wettelijke regels zijn om na 22.30 stilte te betrachten. Kortom--> de voorlichting vooraf is gebrekkig gebleken.. hoop dat u daar iets aan gaat doen. m vr gr Coby Langendijk
