The Duplex :
Located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows:

On the first floor:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a double sofa bed, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- A kitchenette open to the living room, fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker.
- Separate toilet

On the 1st floor, accessible by a wooden staircase:
- Bedroom: two single beds, desk area.
- A shower room with a shower, a basin, a heated towel rail, and a hair dryer.

Exterior:
- A small balcony furnished with a table and 2 chairs, to enjoy a good meal outdoors!

The accommodation is located in a quiet, pleasant and wooded area close to the beach and all amenities: bakery, butcher shop, convenience store, bars, restaurants, stores at 650 m.

- The stairs to the first floor are quite steep.
